My Versa 2 has the wrong time but correct date. It is not tracking any of my steps. I have tried uninstall ingredients the app and reinstalling it and tried turning of the watch but it will not turn off. This has been going on for 5 days now. Is there an update needed?

If it has the wrong time, but not off by exact number of hours, that means it has not synced recently. For me I find there are only 2 steps useful.
1. Restart your Versa 2. Hold in the button until you get the Fitbit logo. If you get a big red X, just keep the button held in until get Fitbit logo.
2. Reboot your phone.
Then try a sync. On phone fitbit app Today screen, pull screen down and release.
If that doesn't work, that's all I've got.
