Hi,

 

My versa 3 has randomly stopped connecting or tracking GPS on runs. It is still connecting for walks and bike rides but isn't connecting for runs. I have restarted, checked versions and full battery etc but not working. 

 

I have attached photos that show it connecting for a walk and one for a run where it isn't searching at all for GPS. 

 

Any ideas please ☺️?
