Was being assisted by an agent today but got distracted to attend to an emergency situation. When I returned, the chat was in End Chat mode as the agent had to attend to other matters. I did appreciate his efforts and I was not being rude. However, I am no longer able to open chat to speak to an agent.
Anyway, my watch is no longer powering up, though it has been on the charge for several hours this afternoon. I have done everything possible from morning.
What is y next step, PLEASE.
