Versa 3. Notification service not running.

Dear all,

My fitbit versa 3 was substituted few weeks back as was not sync anymore; however now the notification are not working.

It is updated and sync. The on-wrist call notification is allowed as well as all the other features. At the top of the screen in red, there is a message saying : ' Notification Service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker.'

Useless to say I tried 5 times already to restart my phone. Please help. I am having so many issues with Fitbit that I am considering leaving it.

Même problème que vous, j'ai tout essayé, je ne reçois que les appels..

Bien dommage si j'avais su je ne l'aurai pas prise..,

Moi c'est pire je ne reçois aucune notification
