Versa 3 Pink lines static screen

Hi,

When swiping up from Today to my clock face I got static like an old TV pink and purple and whitish lines on the screen,have been unable to replicate it it's only occurred once,but I haven't used the watch much yet. Does this mean there's something wrong with the screen and it will die soonish? Can factory resets cause this or too many of them harm the device?

Search results did show this but I can't access it
