Versa 3 Restart Stuck or In Loop

My Versa 3 was behaving badly (screen not coming on, for example) so I restarted it by holding the button for 10 seconds. The restart got as far as the logo but then stopped. It seems to be stuck on the logo or in a restart loop. I looked through the forums and various links I found on Google and have not found a solution that works. The watch was working perfectly fine just a few hours ago. Any suggestions?

Thanks for sharing the details regarding this issue. Thank you, for trying to fix it by your own.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.
