Versa 3 adorned clock face not syncing

I have a brand new Versa 3, trying to change clock face from Pleat to Unadorned, it changed on fitbit and did all permissions but it show no figures of any of the icons.....heart rate, steps, done minutes...etc...can anyone help out?

Hi @davedoc66 - it may be a watch face fault but try a watch restart (and possibly phone) and if not working you can contact the developer or change to another clock face.
