Versa 3 and Fitbit app data won't match

My steps, bpm, and miles are not calculating correctly. It's way off. My watch would say 145 bmp, while the app says 64. I'd walk 3 miles and the app says .89 miles. Id walk for 47 minutes at 3.5 mph, and it says that I've only walked 3230 steps.

Anyone else having this problem? It's very frustrating.

Hi there, @Jennrc. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. 

It seems like your Versa 3 is not syncing properly to the Fitbit app, that would explain why the data is way off. With that being said, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
