I just got my versa 3 (upgrade from the original versa) and I am unable to respond to text messages via my watch. I can only read them. I don't know how to enable this. Can someone please help? I hate to have to go back to Samsung messaging. I am using a Samsung 8+ phone. Thank you.

Hello @Devo20

I’m not totally versed on this particular app but I dug around and found this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Quick-replies-not-available-with-Textra/m-p.... Maybe that might help.

Also check this settings. Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 3. Next scroll down again and tap Notifications. Ensure your text notifications are enabled. While on the same page tap App notifications and ensure your text app is enabled. Remember to sync your Versa 3 to accept any changes if you made any.

🤞 I’m hoping this helps. Let me know

Totally worked.  I am using a Samsung Galaxy. 8+ which only has Android 9 and they kept telling me it wouldn't work with a Versa 3 but you solved my issue. Thanks!
