I've been trying to log into the app. Trouble shoot by; -clear cache - force stop - uninstall & reinstall app -reboot phone and it still doesnt work. Literally just purchased it today as well. Does anyone has a solution to this?

hI @Gnouvymym - if you are getting this on your phone it may be a security issue.
You can try using a mobile only connection [by turning of wifi], which may work..
Even though you have a normal Internet wifi connection there are some specifics that may need addressing, see No internet connection.
Also ensure that you have phone GPS on
