I have a Versa 3. It has started constantly asking to pair it, it is paired, gives a link saying fix it then says pair again. When I go into Bluetooth on my iPhone 13 it doesn’t have the I beside it. It has now died as away for a few days, battery has gone down quickly, because off the pair issue. Help please.

Hi there, @Alison70. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3.

As a first approach, I suggest following the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_.

If the issue persists, please try the following steps in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 3.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.
  • Once your Versa 3 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

Hi @Alison70 - you can't pair the watch in Bluetooth.

After charging and while charging, remove the Bluetooth entries from the phone, logout of the app and swipe it off.

Restart the phone.

Login to the app and allow it to fix the connection.

If this fails, click profile photo, "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

If this fails, take the watch of fcharge and restart it - How do I restart my Fitbit device? and repeat the above process.

It might just resolve it.
