My versa 3 is needing to be charged everyday, it usually last 4-6 days but the past 2 weeks it has been low battery everyday.

Hi there, @EllesP. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 3's battery is draining quickly. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Please bear in mind that as all rechargeable batteries age, they deteriorate to some extent and an older device will need to be charged more often than a new one. The best way of minimizing this effect is to avoid deep discharges of the battery. To maximize the overall life of your Fitbit device's battery, ideally keep it between 20-80%. Many people find that a daily battery boost works best ( e.g. giving it a 15 minutes charge while you are showering in the morning). For more tips and recommendations, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

I have only had my versa 3 for a few weeks now and the battery life lasts less than 5 hours. I am very disappointed as I had a versa 2 and loved it but it stopped working and I had it for 5 years.

Hi @SSholly - you can get a refund as presumably it got wet or has a defect.
But to be sure restart the watch and charge fully in case it is a one off event.
Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
The alternative is to get a refurbished replacement under warranty which may not be without issues of it's own.
