Versa 3 battery is draining quickly

  • I am facing  problem with versa3, draining battery very quickly, need to charge twice in a day. Contacted fitbit help and support department but of no use. Support staff not trained enough to solve issue. They use settreo type solutions. Also touch screen is not working but no solution, first they offered replacement and then shifted to discount., which I refused to avail. Will not recommend future buy of this product.
