My versa 3 isn’t responding. The screen will turn on when tapped but won’t swipe to other screens and won’t come on when lifted. I’ve tried to restart it but the buttons don’t seem to be responding as well. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong or if it’s a warranty issue at this point.

I’m also facing the same problem, tried multiple restarts but the issue still persists.

I’m also having this issue…. Was working fine then Just shut down… tried restarting and nothing. This is a replacement. That they sent me in February due to the same issue with the Versa 3 at that time…. Now they are telling me that it’s past warranty and they will only give me 35% off a new one…. That is only 8 months !!! This is my 5th device in about 5 years and I am beyond disappointed…for what the Fitbit costs you would expect them to last longer than they do!! . I’m through with Fitbit’s!!!!
