Versa 3 battery issues

I have a versa 3 and i will not turn on, I believe the batterty has overheated, i have sent a meaasge via twitter, i have tried the chat feature but i just get a 404 error page

Hi @Gshaw625  - did your watch get wet?

 

If not, It could simply be a charging issue. See instructions what to do in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

 

You can also reach support via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

I went swimming and after i left it to dry before trying to charge it or wearing it, it now won't turn on at all, I have contacted Fitbit support for assistance
