My Versa 3 has stopped charging and is actually draining the battery- I have reset it 3 times, cleaned the pins and the charger to no avail.
HELP

Hi @Taquise - do see the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen it may help but if the watch suddenly starts draining quickly it may also be faulty.

Hi Guy,
Thank you for this.. I have a couple other chargers. the main issue is the watch suddenly won't charge - was in need of charging, and suddenly what would have lasted another day was drained ridiculously fast. Based on what I am seeing, other people have been having similar issues since the last update.

@Taquise - it maybe coincidental about the update. Try turning off all phone Bluetooth with the Fitbit App running and restart the watch to see if battery lasts longer.
If it won't charge or is still draining fast it is more likely a eat h fault (if the charge cable and power source are ok).
A fast drain can slso be if the GPS is on. Try starting an exercise with GPS on, the restart with it off to ensure it hasn't possibly got left on.

Nope, not a coincidence- but all is moot now- it is fully dead. Can do nothing. customer service is for the birds
