Versa 3 battery issues

My fitbit versa 3 just stop working during the charging process. Fit bit smart whatch was very hot. And  five min later just no working anymore.

Hi @wendysanchez198  - unfortunately your watch is damaged beyond repair, neither charge it again as it is dangerous or wear it.

If it's under warranty it can be replaced.
