I bought a versa 3 for my nephew in February 2023.
The screen went black a few weeks ago. I plugged it in now, and tried to follow the steps from the other threads, quick and long restart, but nothing happens. The screen remains black and vibrates every 6-7 sec. No logo appears. Any ideas for what could fix it?

Please, try to sync in the Fitbit app by tapping your profile picture > Fitbit device and then > Sync Now.
Please, try restarting it one more time. In case, it wasn't fully charged before you experienced this, try fully charging it. If after trying the troubleshooting mentioned, you're still experiencing difficulties, change the clock face.

Hi there,
I tried executing these steps.
However, none of them work.
I cannot succesfully sync, because the appliance is not found by the phone.
With the device vibrating every 6-7 sec, my best guess is it is stuck in reboot, over and over again. We've let the battery die, to then reload it again. But that hasnt helped either. The watch is only 6 months old, so I don't understand what could be the issue.
