Versa 3 black screen

My Fitbit Versa 3 screen has been black for about a week now. It was still working by vibrating for alarms and calls but I can't get the screen to come on. I have try all the trouble shooting options but still cannot get the screen to come on. I have disconnected from my phone but cannot reconnect because the app is pushing a code to the screen which is black.

@ManuFitbit thank you for the warm welcome. Yes, I have tried several times to restart. I can feel the vibration after pressing and holding for the restart, but nothing shows on the screen.
