Versa 3 is totally unresponsive and stays on a black screen. It is the same if I plug it into the charger and then overheats. I can’t find any details online how to contact customer service, it always takes me to a blank or error page!

Hi, @Mdinner , first of all, if your Fitbit overheats when plugged in, please don’t plug it in as that could really be a hazard!

Hi @Mdinner - if your watch is under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, probably the quickest way to replace it is to take it back to the shop for another one.
Note: if the watch overheats while charging it has some internal damage, probably due to water getting in.
