HI @Buddy89 - the two main reasons for this generally are the watch needs proper cleaning or the charge cable is faulty - see instructions to resolve this How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Best AnswerI’ve bought a new charger, through an official dealer. The watch has been cleaned, the charger has electricity, I’ve left the watch charging for 12 hours, but nothing happens.
