Versa 3 blank screen

Hi there. I have a 1 year old versa 3. The screen is not working except for a small bar of white at the top of the screen (like old TVs when you turn them off) when I push the side button. As far as I can tell it’s still tracking me and the lights are blinking on the back but, no response from the screen. I have tried the reset and changed clock faces.
