My fitbit screen appears to not be working. It still vibrates and counts steps but can only see on the app. Have tried restarting multiple times but the screen still stays black.

Hi @Jesssnow7 - double tap the screen and swipe the face in any direction, if you get something on the display try changing clock face from the Gallery tile.
Also check it is actually charging see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Still nothing, it is changing tho, and my alarms still come on but nothing comes on the screen it just vibrates

@Jesssnow7 - it would seem the watch has a fault. Though if the alarms work, presumably you can still use the screen to silence them?
To verify the display fault can you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, and they can take you through the factory reset which if the watch is faulty will fail and no longer be usable.

Yup, I just tap on the screen and hope I'm hitting the right place to silence the alarm. Thanks for your help, I'll go do that now.

same here- just this morning! When I go to clock its not possible to activate it?
