Versa 3 blank screen

I can't get the clock screen - that page is black.  I can get the other screens but this one remains non-responsive.  I have tried charging and rebooting to no avail.  Help!

Hi @Singer19 - it is possible that clock face has a fault.

Sync the watch and from the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App select a different clock face.
