Hi all
Noticed today when I was about to charge my watch, that it is unresponsive.
Screen is blank, unresponsive, and no lights coming from the sensors as usual.
When I put it into charge, it became hot really quickly. Tried hard-restarting it by holding the button for a few minutes, but still nada. Is there another thing I can try before throwing this thing out the window?

I have experienced this before and I'm sorry to tell you your device didn't make it. You will have to contact ftbit support to let them know what happened and as long as it's been a reasonable amount of time and you weren't mis-using the device they should replace it but know it takes a hot minute so unless you have a backup you will be without it for a while.
