Versa 3 blank screen

So my Versa 3 Fitbit is not even 2 years old and it started to give me a full black screen, but it is still tracking all of my movements and so notifies me on specific things. I'm trying to see if I can get some help in figuring out what's going on? I've also tried resetting it. Doing all the things that the Fitbit community has said to do but nothing is working.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is still not turning on. I understand where your concern is coming from, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have tried everything with turning it off and changing the clock around and nothing changed still black screen but still gets notifications.
