Versa 3 blank screen

Versa 3 titbit screen is black' battery is charged and won't restart by pressing side button

Please help

Hi @Xgh007 - unfortunately the watch may have a fault or is just not charging.

In the Fitbit App do a manual sync, and check battery level and when it last synced.

If it won't sync and the battery level shown is some days old see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
