Versa 3 button is not always responding

I find the "button" on the side of the watch extremely annoying and not very sensitive to touch. Is there anyway to increase the sensitivity of this "button"?   I find it does not respond very well when I tap it with my thumb. I'm almost ready to return it.

Hi there, @Versa3Newbiee. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 3. I understand how you must be feeling.

As @NellyG has suggested, please try placing both forefinger and thumb each side of face and pressing gently, also make sure to cover the entire button with your finger. For more information, seeHow do I navigate my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to the Versa 3 board for organization purposes.

Hi @Versa3Newbiee I a,so find mine a little difficult, but I have learnt where to positionmythumb to get it to work. As long as my thumb is in the right place it is pretty reliable, but on the whole I prefer a physical button. For mine, my thumb  ends to be right at the top of the button Indentation to work every time
