I’ve just updated from a versa 2 to a 3, I’m finding the side button on it very sensitive. I had it on during a boxing class and because I was wearing gloves I knocked the button and it paused the majority of my workout.
I wear gloves for weight lifting and it does the same thing and pauses it. I roll over in bed and set Alexa off all the time. This rarely happened with my versa 2.
does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to disable the button during workouts or stop it being so sensitive? I kinda wish I would of bought another versa 2.

Hi @Julie_pods - the button sensitivity, and even screen sensitivity is a known issue on this watch, especially for left handed people.
However, it is a good idea to set up a sleep schedule to make the watch less reactive and in watch Settings, Shortcuts you can disable the long press to stop Alexa.
if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
