Hello there @Chateya, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble unlocking your Versa 3. Let's work together to get it back to work!
You mentioned that you've already tried performing a factory reset, correct? Just to be sure, could you double-check that you did it the way described below:
Press and hold the device's button until the screen turns off and begins to flash.
When the screen starts to flash, release the button and immediately press and hold it again.
Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear. Once the logo disappears and the screen begins to flash again, release the button, then press and hold it one more time.
When the Fitbit logo appears, release the button and wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.

Kia ora, I've tried those steps three times and it's keeps taking me back to the main screen where I can see the time and the amount of steps I've taken. I've tried to reconnect my watch to my phone through the app but when it asks me to enter the code on the watch, the watch still shows unlock with your phone and I can't do anything else

Hello @Chateya, thanks for getting back to me!
As far as I can see we only have two more options:
Keep trying the factory reset process using the side button until it is finally completed.
Contact our support team to see what options they have for you.
In most cases like this, where a factory reset can't be completed, we've reached a dead end for troubleshooting. At that point, we can only check the device's warranty to see if a replacement or a discount is applicable for you.
If I can offer a piece of advice, I'd recommend trying the factory reset again until it is completed. It's the process that always works, and I'm guessing you might be missing one step.
