My clock face is displaying the year 2023 and it’s clearly 2022 right now. I cannot find where I can change that. Anybody had this issue and know how to fix it?

Have you checked if the date on your phone is correct? Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
