The past 2 nights my versa 3 signature clockface says 'couldn't read spo2'. I have tried shutting it down, uninstalling the app, logged out of the fitbit app, and restarted my phone, but I still get that message, even though I ugh at night and in the morning it says 'recording spo2'.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
Regarding SpO2, keep the following in mind to make sure your Fitbit device successfully measures your SpO2 values:
Turning off any clock face permissions can cause the clock face to stop functioning. To check these settings:
Your Fitbit device must be able to consistently track your SpO2 data:
Wear your device slightly higher on your wrist.
Make sure your device is in contact with your skin.
Your device should be snug but not constricting.
Tattooed skin can impact the accuracy of the red and infrared sensors on your Fitbit device.

It stated it was recording until thr next morning thrn it said it couldn't read it, the tracker was installed and worked up until then, it gave me the same messages, for 2 nights, before I uninstalled and reinstalled the tracker. Next time I will take a picture and post it. But it is now working fine after 4 nights of it giving me the same messages of recording then not reading it.

As you can see it was recording again up until last night, then I got the couldn't read SPo2. It has been installed and is still.
