Versa 3 clock faces won't load

Is Versa 3 just a piece of junk?  I just got a new one a couple of days ago and I have spent hours trying to get this turd to stay connected and download a watch face.  I spend more time looking at the fitbit symbol on my watch than a watch face.

Hi there, @Versa3isjunk. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is comin from and how you must be feeling.

I recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Make sure mobile app and Firmware version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Versa 3.
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.

Just wait til the entire face falls off! 😀it’s coming, so I would make sure you keep your warranty handy and yes, before my face fell off, I spent plenty of time trying to reconnect and sync with my phone. My watch face fell off after my one year warranty ended, so no more Fitbit for this guy.
