Yes, well, they replaced my dead Versa 3... with another dead Versa 3. 🙄

Hi @SDMc2022 - if you received just the refurbished watch, it is more than likely the charge cable is damaged. See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Ask for a replacement charger if it's still under warranty and faulty.
