Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hi, I have owned my versa 3 for only one week....needed to recharge every day. Today the fitbit logo appeared flashing on and off until now not on at all. Tried to charge the unit but totally dead. I have seen  this problem reported on the community before from a frustrated unhappy customer, after receiving no help. I will not accept or tolerate this reaction at all....immediate response would be expected and appreciated
