Versa 3 display went dim

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had the Versa 3 for about 1 hour. The display screen went to Dim and I can't set it to Max. The button setting won't let me change it to motion and button. Help.

Hi @sunrisenjb, welcome to the community.

The first thing I would try would be a restart. You can do that by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds (until you see the fitbit logo).

Just checking, did the restart fix your issue?

I had only had it turned on for an hour, so I cleared it completely and
resynced it before I saw the message. Should it happen again, I will try
that. I've had at least 3 different fitbits, but I find that their feature
explanations are all written in Martian and usually of little help. Sad,
you'd think I'd switch but I have not.

I tried the restart.  Same issue.  Also cannot change any of the settings such as 'button only or button and wrist' or time out, etc.

The restart does not fix my issue.  I have the same problem--display will not change from DIM.

Hi @Hipvic  - try swiping the watch face to the right and disable the Sleep and Don not disturb icons in Quick Settings.

Mine was set to sleep mode. You unset it and it works. Also, their customer
service is actually excellent.
