My versa 3 is stuck at the logo screen.

Tried everything.  Reboot, factory reset.  Nothing works.  Only the fitbit logo appears on screen.

Ofcourse the app doesn´t communicate with the app.

Tips, anyone?

Hello @BROEP

Sorry to hear you had to factory reset your Versa 3. I understand you only have the Fitbit Logo appearing on the screen and I’m sure you’ve tried restarting the Fitbit several times. If not definitely try. The rule of thumb I read here on the forums is to try at least three times. If that fails try putting it back in the charger for a bit (I’d personally go about two hours) then check on it and do another restart if necessary. I also found this article that might help as well here:https://www.myhealthyapple.com/is-you-fitbit-stuck-on-the-fitbit-logo-lets-fix-it/

If that doesn’t work I can only suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

😃 I’m hoping some of the tips help resolve the issue and calling support won’t be necessary. Please keep me posted

Yep, good luck. Still waiting for feedback and resolution on my fitbit. Sounds like you need a new watch...sorry.

Thx a lot

After about 20 "reboots" i´m one step further.  But now the screen became unresponsive.

I can see the clock, my alarm went off, and i´m receiving notifications. It even synchronises with the app.  I managed to put back the default clock face.

After another zillion reboots, the screen remains unresponsive.

I´m giving up. I´m even thinking of buying a new watch from another brand. 😔

My fitbit will not hold a charge so I can shut down. I will not invest in another fitbit. I cannot continue to replace this watch every year. Beyond annoyed!
