My versa3 has turned off one feature after another getting blank screens. They dont come back. I have spent hours on phone rebooting. I get form emails but no real response. Has anyone had any luck getting help from fitbit

To better assist you, would you mind providing me with more details of the issue? What do you mean by "one feature after another getting blank screens. They dont come back."? Did your Versa 3 stop receiving notifications? What features are you referring to? Have you tried restarting your Versa 3?

Regarding the heart rate, please try restarting your Versa 3 and check once again your heart rate data. Also, please see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

I was able to get time screen back by changing clock face. It still isnt showing in Fahrenheit but i can accept this even though not perferred.
My irregular heart screen worked for many months. It even pointed out problem. Then it stopped working. I get a totally white screen that only says firbit on top. I have sent picture many times. I have also reported that when i get this screen i cannot hit backups. I must close out all screens. When i go into system it says it is turned off but when i follow directions it will not give mechoice to turn on. This has not worked for 8 months and dr wants me using it. I have called help desk. I have checked for updates and uninstalled and reinstalled at least 6 times. Help desk hasnt helped. I have never received even one call. Tech line apparently not good. I had to tell another medical professional yesterday. I have android phone and versa 3. 3 years old. I haveno use for playing music on it buying coffee etc
