Hi @shari75 - if your watch is losing minutes per day it is faulty.
If it is just a few seconds per day this is possibly normal and normally resolved by syncing the watch fully with the Fitbit App.
Sometimes however the sync doesn't set the time and it may be necessary to hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and then sync again.

Hi @shari75, welcome to the community. @Guy_ Thanks for all the recommendations.
I'd like to add a little extra to help you out with this issue. As mentioned in Guy's post, this could be normal in certain cases. If you have moved from one state to another with a different time zone and you don't have the automatic selection of time zone, you will need to change it manually.
You can take a look at this article to get this resolved: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
