Versa 3 is acting odd

I have reset versa watch numerous times. Apps won’t download, can’t swipe and constantly updates on its own time and time again. It will sync to iPhone but no functions ont he watch work reset after reset after reset.

Hi @John659 - it may need a factory reset rather than a restart.

 

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support who can help you with that.

Guy,

How do you do a factory reset when the watch won’t swipe to settings? I’ve gone through the app and removed device but that too didn’t precisely work.
