Hi @Spahkle Try Restarting your Versa 3 a coupleof times. If that doesn't fix it try a different clock face in the app. If you continue to have problems your only option will be to contact Fitbit Support

Thank you very much. I think what happened. Was the battery completely went dead which caused it to restart so I think you're on to something. I've never had this happen before I traveled to Houston and that's when it started acting weird it seems to be fixed now.
