My FitBit Versa 3 has started just vibrating every so often with a black display. Attempted to get some response using side button but it no longer seems to function. Attached charging cable and attempted to get response - none. any help/ideas would be appreciated. I can NOT get to any of the watch displays so please don't recommend using the watch menus to do anything.

Also, I have seen some posts where it was stated that the button on the side is not a physical button. Is it supposed to be sticking slightly higher than side face? Mine is not and I seem to remember it did.

I should add (because I can't figure out how to edit my original post) that the vibrating happens every 5 seconds roughly. At this point I'm just waiting for the battery to run down so it will quit.
