Versa 3 is logging sleep data when I'm awake

Hi there,

I just got a Versa 3 and I’m noticing that it keeps tracking sleep when it’s the middle of the day. It’s happened now 4 days today and it’s even when Im exercising. The zone minutes are logged but then it says I’m sleeping for the same amount of time. Please advise, thanks!

I have the same issue where I read in bed and it tells me I'm sleeping. This basically makes the sleep tracking not effective.

I have this exact same problem with my Versa 3. I’ve not had it before but apparently I had a two hour sleep whilst I was working during the day twice this week.

Did you find a way to fix this?

Hey Eco-26.  In reference to your post of Dec 2020, I note that the moderator did not provide a solution.  Did the Support Team help you to resolve the issue?  If so, do you recall what steps you may have taken to address the inaccurate sleep records?

I'm finding that my Versa 3 keeps recording sleep minutes after I wake in the morning (i.e. when the device is sitting on the bathroom vanity}.  Yes, I can (and do) remove the minutes from my tracking history, but I would very much prefer not to have to do that every day.

If you can help at all, it would be greatly appreciated.
