Versa 3 is unresponsive

I’ve had the Versa 3 since March ‘22, and now it’s not working at all.  I’ve tried to reboot, charge, and whatever else; no response.  I had the Versa 2 prior to the Versa 3.  The Versa 2 lasted about 10 months.  I love the battery life so I just upgraded to the Versa 3.  These devices are too expensive to continue to buy every 9-10 months.  While the Fitbit worked, I loved.  I don’t want to go back to the Apple Watch……Help!

Hi there, @Marco1906. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

As a first approach, please restart your Versa 3 by following these steps

If the above doesn't work and your Fitbit device doesn't vibrate while performing the restart, I suggest trying the following:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your Versa 3 using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again.

Hope that helps.
