Versa 3 is unresponsive

Was working fine this morning, when reached 10,000 steps began flashing between clock face and other screens for a while, then went blank.  I have held the watch button for over 10 seconds many times, will not show logo or start back up.  Has not registered any additional steps on phone app since it went blank this morning.

Hi there, @Shannon29. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is still  unresponsive. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!

Have you tried charging your Fitbit device? It sounds to me more like a battery issue since it's not even showing the Fitbit logo.

P
lease note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 3. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

If the above doesn't work, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

@Guy_ Thanks for your advice!

Hi @Shannon29 - it seems like the watch developed a fault and can be replaced under warranty but just in case try charging it, then restarting it if it doesn't recover by itself.

Exactly the same happened to my Versa 3 today! Have you been able to get your Versa started again?

Mine is stone dead, no charging helps.
