Versa 3 just not working

I tried downloading an app a few weeks ago and since then, my watch just doesn’t work anymore. The app won’t download, it won’t let me download anything else and I’ve tried the trick to use wifi to download apps but it still doesn’t work. It just says unable to load apps, I can’t even sync my watch so everything the watch is for, I cannot do. Please help

Hi @DanY4real - you will need the watch to sync before you can do anything with it.

Remove the Bluetooth entries for the watch from the phone and logout of the app and restart both watch and phone.

In the Fitbit App try clicking profile photo and " + Set up a Device" if the watch doesn't sync.
