I recently changed from Fitbit Ionic (due to recall), and bought a Fitbit Versa 3, nearly every time I use it I have to go into settings at Fitbit and change it from Spanish to English! any ideas how to stop this happening?

Hi @Johnflynn - that is odd. After you have changed it on the Web site and hit submit do a sync.
Once it is in English go to the watch Settings menu and do a Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it.
If that doesn't resolve it try the SimpleCheckUp app which reports the language of the watch to see when it syncs if that causes the language to change to verify where the change is coming from [or if it changes by itself].

@Johnflynn - good, was thinking, it might be telling you there is an opportunity to learn Spanish!
If you are using a phone and an iPad there may also be a conflict.

Btw the location might be an issue. Try setting it to uk in your profile.

It is, but I only got it last week and I’m over in the UK for a couple of weeks so that shouldn’t be an issue!
