My Versa 3 just started draining really fast the last 2 days. It usually will take at least 3 days for the battery to get low. My friend has a Versa and hers started acting up just recently. Makes me think there was an update done somewhere that is causing bugs.

Hi @Postacey - things can change all the time, new versions of the Fitbit App or clock faces etc and new features are added too.
It's a good idea first to check the causes of battery drain from the list How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life. You may find something that was missed, such as Snore detection, Always On etc. And may be something changed on the phone too.

My versa 3 also started yesterday with battery drain! As soon as I take it off the charger within a couple hours it’s dead.

HI @ShannonS. - are you sure it's charging properly? Swipe the clock face to the right to get to Quick Settings and the battery level is shown at the top.
Also check All of the issue in the above link.

I have a Sense, but I'm having the same issue after updating my Fitbit app a day ago. I am an Android user (Samsung) I could usually go for DAYS without charging, then all of a sudden in less than a day it went from fully charged to 0% dead - like it shut off on me during my tracked workout. Last night went from 100% to 25% overnight. Then charged again and went from 90% to 25% in a span of a handful of hours.
Customer service is saying it's the tracker, but this has happened before and I swear it's something with the app update. They've already replaced my tracker under warranty once and now that it's happened again, it's outside my warranty. And it doesn't give me an option to undo the app update.

Hi, yes it charges to 100% but then is dead by midday. I’ve never had this problem before.

Me too and just very recently. I've changed how I charge it. I have sat this morning and turned everything down and off. I've changed the face. It was at 100% less than 6 hours ago and now it's half that. I am hoping this will work, but am disappointed that after just over a year, I can't use it properly as the battery is draining. This Versa 3 replaced a Versa 2 that died on me after about 6 months. If this doesn't work I am loathe to get another, despite being in my second year of Premium.
