Versa 3 keeps restarting itself

My versa 3 keeps shutting down and won't restart unless I plug in charger and so a reset with side button, I have done all suggestions including factory reset but unfortunately it only stays on for some hours and it's gone off again it is 1yr and 2 months old first time it had given any trouble
