Versa 3 keeps vibrating when I already answer a call

My Fitbit announces a call by vibrating and showing the caller’s details on the screen. Once the call is answered, and then finished, the Fitbit continues vibrating and showing the caller’s details until I manually turn it off. It is highly annoying to have something vibrating on your arm while you’re trying to talk. Any advice?

Hi there, @Emski76. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand how annoying this can be.

This shouldn't happen, and since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Versa 3 > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Versa 3 and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Versa 3 and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.
